The 15% off Labour Day Sale is valid from the 20th to the 31st of October 2022, no exceptions.
The 15% off Labour Day Sale applies to all full price footwear and handbags - prices are as marked online. When shopping in-store, items will be discounted accordingly at the till.
The 15% off Labour Day Sale only applies to items that are available during the promotional period, it does not apply to items that may become available in the future. We do not order in stock or offer store-to-store transfers during the promotional period.
Please note that not all styles shown on the website are available at all stores.
The 15% off discount is only available online and at participating stores listed below. Please choose your purchase/s carefully as we do not provide refunds in-store.
Items purchased in conjunction with the 15% off discount can be exchanged or returned for a store credit in accordance with the stores current exchange policies. However, if an item is returned after the promotional period has ended the discount will not apply on the new item.
When purchasing online, items can be returned in conjunction with our standard online shipping and returns policies.
The 15% off discount is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, discounts, vouchers or exchanges.
Gift Cards are accepted in conjunction with any sale or promotion.

GRAND PRIZE DRAW: WIN AN IPAD
By entering the Grand Prize draw you are agreeing to these Grand Prize draw terms and conditions:
The prize draw is being run by DPS Retail Ltd, PO Box 9316, Newmarket, Auckland.
DPS Retail Ltd trading as ECCO Shoes is giving away one brand new Apple iPad Pro 11" (3rd Gen, 2021) 128GB valued at $1,349.00.
The Grand Prize draw opens at midnight on the 1st of October and ends on the 31st of October 2022 at midnight. Late entries will not be accepted.
The Grand Prize draw is open to entrants who make a purchase of $200 or more in a single transaction at one of our participating ECCO stores (listed below) and/or online, with the exception of staff and related persons of DPS Retail Ltd.
When purchasing in-store, to enter simply make a purchase for $200 or more and provide a customer name and valid email address when making a purchase. Online purchases that qualify will automatically be entered into the draw. For online, your receipt of purchase is a record of your Grand Draw prize entry. Cancelled purchases made during the promotional period will be ineligible for entry into the promotion.
The Grand Prize will be drawn on 13th of November 2022 and the winner will be drawn at random.
Winner announcement:
The winner will be notified after the 13th of November 2022 by email (provided in the competition form).
DPS Retail Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. If contact is not made, DPS Retail Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Claiming the prize:
Arrangements for delivery will be made between DPS Retail Ltd and the selected winner via telephone and/or email.
If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, they will lose their right to the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed their prize within the required time limit, DPS Retail Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Limitation of Liability:
DPS Retail Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize. DPS Retail Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
