The 21% Off Black Friday Sale is valid from the 23rd November to 29thNovember 2021, no exceptions.

The 21% off discount applies to all full price footwear and handbags - prices are as marked Online. When shopping in-store, items will be discounted accordingly at the till.

The 21% off discount only applies to items that are available during the promotional period, it does not apply to items that may become available in the future.

Online Terms and Conditions

Please be aware when purchasing online, that although we make every effort to ensure our inventory is correct and up-to-date, some items showing as being in stock at the time an order is placed might be unavailable. If this occurs an online representative will organize a refund. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process. Sale items purchased online may be returned in accordance with the standard online returns policy, provided the required criteria has been met. The 21% off discount price only applies to items that are available during the promotional period, it does not apply to items that may become available after the promotion has ended.

In-store Terms and Conditions

Please note that not all styles shown on the website are available at all stores. The 21% off discount is only available at participating stores listed below. Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not provide refunds in store. Items purchased in conjunction with the 21% off discount can be exchanged or returned for a store credit in accordance with the stores policies. However if an item is returned after the promotional period has ended the discount will not apply on the new item.  We do not order or transfer discounted items between stores. The 21% off discount applies to items that are available during the Black Friday Sale period, it does not apply to items that may become available after the sale has ended. The 21% off discount is not valid conjunction with any other promotions, offers, in-store laybys, discounts, vouchers or exchanges.
