The 20% off Boxing Day Promotion is valid for 6 days from the 26th of December 2022 and runs until midnight on the 31st of December 2022- unless specified otherwise. 

The 20% off Boxing Day Promotion applies to full price footwear and *handbags over $169, prices are as marked online. When shopping in-store, items will be discounted accordingly at the till.

The 20% off Boxing Day Promotion does not apply to small accessories or shoe care.

The 20% off Boxing Day Promotion applies to items that are available during the Boxing Day sale period, it does not apply to items that may become available in the future. 

The 20% off Boxing Day Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or exchanges.

ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please be aware when purchasing online, that although we make every effort to ensure our inventory is correct and up to date, some items showing as being in stock at the time an order is placed might be unavailable. If this occurs an online representative will organize a refund. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process. Sale items purchased online may be returned in accordance with the standard online returns policy, provided the required criteria has been met. Please note that shipping may take additional time during the holiday period due to public holidays and/or courier delays, we thank you in advance for your patience.

IN-STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that not all styles shown on the website are available at all stores. The 20% off discount is only available at participating stores listed below. Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not provide refunds in store. Items purchased in conjunction with the 20% off discount can be exchanged or returned for a store credit in accordance with the stores policies. However, if an item is returned after the promotional period has ended the discount will not apply on the new item. We do not order or transfer discounted items between stores. The 20% off discount applies to items that are available during the Boxing Day Sale period, it does not apply to items that may become available after the sale has ended. The 20% off discount is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, in-store laybys, discounts, vouchers or exchanges. 

ONLINE SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

We are processing and dispatching orders as usual during the holiday period and doing our best to ensure our valued customers receive their purchases as quickly as possible. However, due to the busy sale period, statutory holidays and possible courier delays, processing and deliveries may take longer than our standard specified timeframes.
