The 16% Off Labour Weekend Sale is valid from the 20th of October to 25th of October 2021, no exceptions.

The 16% off discount applies to all full price footwear and handbags - prices are as marked Online. When shopping in-store, items will be discounted accordingly at the till.

The 16% off discount only applies to items that are available during the promotional period, it does not apply to items that may become available in the future.

ONLINE SHOPPING & DELIVERIES

Shop safely 24/7 through our online store which remains fully operational and shipping with contactless delivery as specified by MBIE at alert levels 3 and 4.

We are processing and dispatching orders as usual and doing our best to ensure our valued customers receive their purchases as quickly as possible. However, due to the current situation, courier services across the country are experiencing an overwhelming volume which may result in deliveries taking longer than our standard specified timeframes.

Please be aware when purchasing online, that although we make every effort to ensure our inventory is correct and up-to-date, some items showing as being in stock at the time an order is placed might be unavailable. If this occurs an online representative will organize a refund. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process. Sale items purchased online may be returned in accordance with the standard online returns policy, provided the required criteria has been met.

The 16% off discount price only applies to items that are available during the promotional period, it does not apply to items that may become available after the promotion has ended.

RETAIL STORES

Please note that in response to requirements around alert levels our Auckalnd stores will remain closed during Alert Level 3.1, but will resume trading as usual when restrictions are removed.

Our Wellington and Christchurch stores are open with normal trading hours. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Please note that not all styles shown on the website are available at all stores. The 16% off discount is only available at participating stores listed above. Items purchased in-store in conjunction with the 16% off discount can be exchanged or returned for a store credit in accordance with the stores policies. However if an item is returned after the promotional period has ended the discount will not apply on the new item.  

We do not order or transfer discounted items between stores. The 16% off discount applies to items that are available during the Labour Day sale period, it does not apply to items that may become available after the sale has ended. The 16% off discount is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, in-store laybys, discounts, vouchers or exchanges.
